We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Financier to provide strategic direction, lead the implementation of business strategy, and build the CPF franchise across the corporate segments.
The successful candidate will leverage internal capabilities to deliver products to clients, broaden touchpoints and engagement levels, and develop the portfolio by increasing wallet share and expanding ancillary offerings to existing and new customers.
The ideal candidate will have a commercial degree or equivalent and 7 to 10 years of senior banking experience in Commercial Property Finance.
Strong business development, client relationship management, and technical financial skills are essential.
Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies are required.
