Job Description
- Support the Engagement Manager by taking ownership of day-to-day project activities and meetings across clients, ensuring alignment with project goals, timely delivery of milestones, and proactive identification of risks or issues. Assist in coordination, decision-making, reporting, documenting and execution of projects and client management, while maintaining visibility of progress and resource utilisation.
- Provide oversight and mentorship to consultants, ensuring adherence to project objectives, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with, advise and quality assure the work of consultants who elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from clients.
- Review and quality assure all functional specifications for development teams
- Participate in new solution design discussions and ensure alignment with strategic requirements
- Support testing phases by quality assuring the prepared test packs, identification of gaps and validating results and ensuring quality feedback to the development team.
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and final acceptance testing (FAT) conducted by consultants and ensuring that documentation meets the ISO requirements.
- Oversee the generation of Training Manuals in line with development completed. Ensuring the latest technology and methodology is used in the development of Training Material.
- Ensure that tools and methodologies are aligned to latest industry trends.
- Manage the pipeline and consultant board on a daily basis
- Manage escalated issues by conducting thorough investigations and collaborating with consultants to resolve them.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments to support business case development
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired states to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in project planning activities, including scoping, risk identification, and resource estimation
- Evaluate solutions post-implementation, gathering feedback and supporting continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business Analysis, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience working as a Business Analyst within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
