Responsibilities

1. Assist clients with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
2. Help with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
3. Provide companionship and emotional support.
4. Assist with mobility and transferring patients as needed.
5. Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and wellbeing.
6. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
7. Ensure client safety and comfort at all times.
8. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.
• Empathy, compassion, and a passion for helping others.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation.
