Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Supply Chain Planner is responsible for administration, stock procurement, and collaboration with sales, service staff, customers, and suppliers.

This role aims to improve processes and works with Sales and Service teams to maximize service effectiveness and meet goals.

This position is part of the Supply Chain & Logistics department and requires onsite presence at our Johannesburg office.

The essential requirements include:

• Procurement of stock from local and international suppliers and handling returns
• Performing picking duties accurately, using FIFO/expiry methods
• Verifying incoming stock quantity and quality
• Planning short- and long-term supply to support inventory needs
• Setting preferred stock levels to prevent excess inventory
• Preparing detailed reports on MRP, back orders, and schedules
• Managing and controlling warehouse inventory, including picking customer orders, QC checks, and manual handling (up to 12kg)

Qualifications: Minimum Year 12 Education (National Senior Certificate), preferably in administrative subjects

At least 3 years of office administration experience

Knowledge of office procedures, Supply Chain Management, and Demand Planning

Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle is a plus
