Winning Form Sales Facilitator Job Description

Winning Form has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Facilitator who is an excellent communicator with superior people skills. The candidate must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and in person, as well as handling customer complaints and doubts. The goal is to attract customers and develop new business opportunities for the company.

Minimum Requirements
  • 2 years’ experience in the Signage industry
  • 2 years’ experience in Commercial print
  • 2 years’ experience in Branding of corporate merchandise
  • 2 years’ experience managing leads
  • Knowledge of South African maps and locations
  • Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel)

Responsibilities
Financial Metrics / Operational Duties
  • Proven success in sales/marketing roles
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs (e.g., ERP, Excel)
  • Strong social media knowledge (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), especially in sourcing online leads
  • Manage website inquiries and convert leads into sales
  • Prepare quotations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to update the website
  • Learn about products/services to explain them effectively to prospects
  • Price promotional goods appropriately
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection
  • Negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Coordinate with suppliers for best rates
  • Work with Job Estimator to expedite quotations
  • Ensure sign-offs are accurate and submitted timely to manufacturers

Travel nationally to expos and assist with ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Track performance and set up review meetings with the Commercial Manager

  • Maintain 100% compliance with company policies, health and safety, and legal regulations
  • Ensure proper saving and documentation of work for audits
