Job description

As Head of Sales, you will take over the organisational management of our sales team in Johannesburg, ZA, and coordinate with our headquarters in Kempten, Germany.

Your responsibilities

  1. Take over operative and commercial activities for the South Africa location.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies for the ZA market.
  3. Coordinate the sales team and support Area Sales Managers, including operational support.
  4. Coordinate staff topics with our central HR department in Kempten.
  5. Supervise, support, and oversee staff management.

Your profile

  1. Successfully completed business studies or comparable qualifications.
  2. Good commercial knowledge.
  3. German skills are desirable.
  4. Excellent communication and assertiveness skills.
  5. Valid driver's license and the right to live and work in South Africa.
