Job description

Whilst being overall responsible for developing and managing appropriate planning, monitoring, and evaluation systems and processes for the Department, the suitable applicant should be able to demonstrate a good understanding, working knowledge, and proficiency in the applications, principles, and practices related to the following Key Performance Areas:

1. Contract Management
  • Managing all administrative tasks relating to the preparation of production and other business contracts.
  • Maintaining records of all contracts and ensuring compliance with the terms of the contracts, prescripts, and regulations.
2. Budgeting
  • Ensuring that detailed financial budgets for each assigned project/production are finalized.
  • Monitoring and adhering to budgets in line with contractual terms.
  • Checking financial transactions against the budget, obtaining approval, and processing them.
3. Compliance
  • Ensuring all audit, compliance, risk management, and governance processes are identified, mitigated, and resolved.
  • Ensuring departmental processes comply with legislation, contracts, and company policies.
4. Report Writing
  • Providing administrative support to the Arts and Marketing departments.
  • Coordinating and consolidating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, budgets, and performance plans.
  • Monitoring, verifying, and ensuring compliance of reports across different timeframes.
