Responsibilities
- Manage contract contributions in line with the budget forecast and ensure effective organization.
- Analyze staff turnover to ensure proper allocation of employees according to contract and site requirements.
- Manage rosters and shift patterns in accordance with PRP.
- Oversee time & attendance management, including overtime, annual, and sick leave.
- Provide employee engagement platforms, including parade attendance.
- Conduct performance assessments and give corrective feedback.
- Maintain discipline according to the code of conduct and legislation.
- Deploy PSIRA-registered officers at sites.
- Ensure armed response personnel are certified as per Regulation 21.
- Retain clients by delivering quality customer service as per SLAs.
- Conduct service audits and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain open communication with clients following escalation procedures.
- Manage security operations per site specifications and PSIRA standards.
- Reduce unplanned absenteeism to maximize site coverage.
- Control overtime caused by absenteeism.
- Assess customer risks to prevent claims against the company.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments for services.
Skills and Competencies
- Leadership and management of subordinates.

- Knowledge of financial statements.
- Customer-centric thinking.
- Ability to write reports and action plans.
- Effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Firearm competency (business use) is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Driver's license.
- PSIRA Grade A.
- Post-matric qualification is an added advantage.
- Firearm competency with a business purpose is advantageous.
