Job description

A dynamic organization based in Sandton is looking to employ an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric
  • Valid Driver’s License & Own Car (Essential)
  • 3–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, managing the activities of a busy Managing Director (including shorthand, travel bookings, etc.)
  • MS Office (Advanced) & Syspro (Advantageous)
  • Exceptional discretion and confidentiality
  • Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
  • Maintain and manage the Director’s schedule
  • Oversee the Director’s office operations, including correspondence, document preparation, and meeting materials
  • Provide administrative support remotely
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, presentations, and reports as required
  • Act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle expense reports, office supplies, and other administrative duties as needed
  • Manage and reconcile all MD’s accounts accurately
  • Assist with the requirements of MD's personal home, including repairs and maintenance of the property in his absence from Johannesburg
  • Prepare and execute quotations, sales orders, and confirmations for key clients handled directly by the Managing Director
