Job Description: To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Wealth clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must have RE5
  2. Must have NQF level 7
  3. Must have sub cats: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5, 1.14, 1.20, 1.22

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify local and offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy.
  2. Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
  3. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
  4. Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets.
  5. Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients.
  6. Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships across the FRG.
  7. Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes.
  8. Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.
  9. Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to organisational values and service standards.
  10. Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
  11. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
  12. Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice and solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth.
