Job Description

This is an independent role requiring the individual to be self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product, and technical teams. Building strong working relationships with diverse groups will be key to success.

This role is crucial in ensuring seamless integration between game providers and our platform, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the end-user experience.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. API and 3rd Party Integrations: Define and document API workflows, review documentation, support UAT and BAT testing, and develop expertise in the environment.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication: Build relationships, collaborate on scope and vision, and bridge gaps between teams for clear technical requirements.
3. Business Analysis and Requirements Management: Design and document business processes, gather and analyze requirements, and provide estimates for analysis deliverables.
4. Domain Expertise and Continuous Improvement: Develop specialized knowledge, contribute to agile transitions, and pursue continuous delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT qualification (degree or certification in IT, CS, BIS, etc.)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML
• Industry certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ECBA / CCBA) are advantageous
• 5+ years in external integrations or similar roles
• Experience with agile methodologies, distributed teams, multi-channel digital retail environments
• Gaming industry, AWS, JIRA & Confluence, Dynamics, or technology development experience are pluses
