We're Hiring: Customer Supply Chain Manager

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for customer excellence and supply chain innovation? RCL FOODS is looking for a Customer Supply Chain Manager to drive seamless order fulfillment, elevate customer experience, and lead a high-performing team in our Grocery division.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Customer Relationships: Be the trusted point of contact for key retail, distribution, and eCommerce partners.
  • Optimize Order-to-Delivery: Ensure accurate, timely fulfillment by coordinating across logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
  • Drive Performance: Mentor and manage the Customer Experience (CX) team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Champion Process Improvement: Analyze service data, identify bottlenecks, and implement smarter systems for better outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with internal teams on promotions, launches, and demand forecasting.
  • Handle Returns & Complaints: Streamline processes to meet both company standards and customer expectations.
  • Report & Recommend: Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to leadership based on service metrics.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years in customer service/supply chain, with 4+ years in leadership.
  • ERP experience (Syspro preferred), strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Deep knowledge of transport, warehousing, and distribution.
  • A customer-first mindset, analytical thinking, and strong leadership presence.
