The successful candidate will join the Finance Department to ensure effective financial and management control of both the Gambling and IT Groups.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

1. Review and approve annual budgets, prepare consolidated budgets/forecasts, and actual results; consider and introduce trading statements where budgets are not required.
2. Review monthly management accounts, including analysis/commentary, and prepare group results.
3. Oversee review and approval of financial statements and sensitive reconciliations.
4. Review and approve non-routine transactions, larger payments, and complex tax/IFRS transactions.
5. Enforce timely settlement of inter-company accounts, loans, and compliance with tax authorities.
6. Manage working capital, cash flow, and internal controls.
7. Identify errors and implement corrective actions, including audit findings.
8. Review impairments, asset disposals, stock takes, and variances.
9. Manage payroll, costs, and debt collection.
10. Lead internal audits, update financial models, and support strategic projects.
11. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
12. Lead BEE initiatives and maintain financial valuation and reporting standards.
13. Approve capex, expenses, and credit applications.
