Job description

IGrow Wealth Investments, South Africa’s #1 Property Investment Company, is looking for a Property Development Marketing Assistant to join their team in Cape Town.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Development Marketing Assistant who will provide administrative support to our Marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing property listings, preparing, updating, and maintaining documents, sheets, and presentations, and providing assistance to the Marketing team. You will also be responsible for assisting with arranging marketing collateral when required.

Responsibilities
  1. Activate, update, and remove property listings on various platforms.
  2. Liaise with departmental and company heads & stakeholders regarding listing content.
  3. Boost/promote listings based on feedback from relevant company stakeholders.
  4. Liaise with and book photographers for listing content.
  5. Oversee and improve automation of processes related to listings.
  6. Organize and maintain marketing material and documents.
  7. Coordinate property showings.
  8. Assist in monthly marketing reconciliation.
  9. Perform research on market trends.
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  11. Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence.
  12. Run weekly stock meetings with key company stakeholders regarding listings.
  13. Assist with CRM requirements.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. National Diploma / A Graphic Design qualification from a reputable institution or relevant tertiary qualification (Nice to have, not a requirement).
  3. Experience in administrative support or customer service.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  6. Knowledge and experience in WordPress.
  7. Knowledge and experience in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Knowledge of the Property industry and terminology.
  12. Experience in marketing and social media.
