A leading consulting firm in Midrand is seeking a Finance Manager to provide strategic leadership to the finance team. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and overseeing financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have a postgraduate degree in Finance or Accounting, advanced Excel skills, and substantial management experience.
Assisting the department to implement, improve, and maintain policies and procedures.
Responsible for preparing the organization for external audits, including all necessary documents, reports, and analyses, such as IFRS calculations and statements.
Providing strong strategic leadership to the finance team.
Maintaining a comprehensive filing system for easy access and retrieval of records.
Ensuring compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies, systems, and procedures.
Managing lender and donor reporting in accordance with covenants and agreements.
Overseeing Loan Capital and Grant Management.
Annual Budgeting and Forecasting.
Managing day-to-day transactional relationships with banks and optimizing bank account usage.
