Job description

  • Matric, Tertiary qualification in business management Advantageous
  • 3 - 5 years experience in key account management development
  • Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, or the coffee sector will be advantageous
  • Experience in improving customer service operations
  • Strategic long-term thinker
  • Ability to work under pressure and strong resilience
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and influence a team
  • Passion, fun, supportive
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable transport

DUTIES

  • Ensure superior service standards are maintained and met
  • Continuous engagement, upliftment and education of the team
  • Build and maintain client relationships, continuous feedback and improvements to clients
  • Plan and implement new installations
  • Client promotion and event co-ordination
  • Formulate and execute growth plans, penetration of new markets and expanding existing business
  • Develop area specific sales pitch
  • Continuous market research and trend analysis
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, comparative to agreed targets
  • Implement procedures and controls to ensure all aspects of the daily operations run smoothly
  • Accurate management of stock, invoicing and deliveries
  • Ensure training and audits are being completed to the desired standards and development of the team and technical callouts

Salary : R negotiable dependent on experience
