Talent Acquisition & Retention Lead - SAREG M / F

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa

The Talent Acquisition & Retention Lead oversees the entire talent management and Learning & Development value chain within the SAREG region. This role is crucial in establishing talent pipelines, promoting high performance, and ensuring effective training programs to drive organizational success.
Internal: Country Managers, HR Managers, Heads of Business Units
Minimum 6 years in HR, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition and assessment. Proven ability in talent pipeline management, performance management, and leadership development. Excellent coaching, project management, vendor management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Demonstrated success as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and industry best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and knowledge of labor laws.
