Chief Operations Officer

Salt recruitment has partnered with a well-established, non-profit organisation that is committed to making a positive impact in South Africa through coaching and mentoring. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer on a part-time basis to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to work in alignment with the Board of Directors to drive strategies and initiatives to ensure growth.

Term:

2 year part-time contract (in office 2-3 days per week)

Qualifications and Experience:

6 years business management experience

Knowledge on the SAQA Policy (criteria for recognising a professional body and registering a professional designation)

3. Risk, financial and people management
