Responsible for selling SAP's products, solutions, and certain partner solutions. Builds and maintains relationships with SAP's customers, prospective customers, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identifies opportunities, generates demand, and supports the adoption of solutions to realize value. Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the ongoing business with SAP, focusing on named existing and prospective accounts.
Maintains customer relationships and influences customer requirements. Manages projects, defines deliverables, and provides advice and interpretation of situations to ensure business-critical and innovative results. Tracks project budgets, manages escalation, and builds strategic partnerships with key decision-makers.
Requires sound professional experience, deep project management knowledge, and relevant certifications such as PMI or Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred). Represents SAP to customers, ensuring quality outcomes, and communicates effectively with stakeholders.
