Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Project Manager or Project Administrator in Johannesburg. The role involves managing projects, providing executive support, and liaising with stakeholders. Job description

Minimum Requirements

  2. Project Management qualification / certifications
  3. Proficient in Microsoft applications - Intermediate to Advanced level
  4. Experience proofreading and editing documents
  5. Typing speed of 50 to 60 wpm
  6. At least 5 years working for a corporate company
  7. At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager or Project Administrator
  8. Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment with tight deadlines
  9. Attention to detail
  10. Mature personality capable of handling stress
  11. Experience working independently and managing high volumes of paperwork
  12. Willingness to work long hours when needed
  13. Position is hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide EA support to 2 Consultants
  2. Short and long listing for consultants
  3. Internal and external diary management
  4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Travel arrangements (local and international)
  6. Prepare expense reports and ensure accuracy of client-related expenses
  7. Assist with QA, social functions, front desk, and IT as needed
  8. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality and smooth execution
  9. Proactively communicate with clients
  10. Schedule candidate/client meetings efficiently, keeping all parties informed
  11. CV typing and administrative tasks related to candidates
  12. Maintain Consultants' calendar and trip schedules
