How You'll Create Impact
  1. Serve as a subject matter expert for the ROSA robotic system and as a procedure expert in Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures.
  2. Provide clinical support and assist in onboarding hospital teams for transitioning from conventional to robotic-assisted procedures using the ROSA system.
  3. Support promotional and educational activities for ROSA in the Nordics, including on-site support at congresses, the ZB Lab facility, and other local activities.
  4. Lead surgical teams through training to educate surgeons, OR staff, sterilization, and radiology teams on the ROSA robotic system.
  5. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop hospital-specific plans for onboarding, increasing robotic-assisted surgeries, and follow-up sales opportunities.
  6. Assist in onboarding local Sales Representatives to take over clinical support post-implementation and follow up on accounts.
  7. Develop and support patient information initiatives to raise awareness of robotic-assisted surgery, tailored to local markets.
  8. Coordinate with ZB Edge and local Sales teams to promote robotic-assisted surgery and meet business goals.
  9. Support technology upgrades and enhance the ZB Edge Suite experience with integrated technologies.
Your Background
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in clinical sales or stages within a medical company.
  • Prior experience with robotics or advanced medical equipment is preferred.
  • Minimum clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
  • Proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
