Job Summary
Provide business manager support to the executive Head in the Finance Management function, including developing and implementing business enablement plans, service delivery processes, and providing well-researched information for organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering with Head of BU: Participate in leadership forums, support resource management, assist in restructuring initiatives, and facilitate engagement activities like town halls and strategy sessions.
- Strategy Alignment: Promote visibility of the Finance Management Strategy, explore BU alignment opportunities, and ensure consistent rollout and awareness of initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships, understand business needs, communicate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
- Operational Management: Address operational issues promptly, monitor Business Performance, and review proposals aligned with delegated authority.
- Reporting: Prepare key themes, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making and reporting to BU Head.
- Cross-Functional Partnering: Analyze financial data, coordinate with Finance Partners, discuss workforce planning, and optimize workspace utilization.
- Team Collaboration and Management: Promote knowledge sharing, develop succession plans, recruit as needed, and ensure operational alignment across teams.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7 or higher) in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Financial Services, with at least 3 in Banking
