Job Description

Requirements: Matric (Grade 12), understanding of FAIS.

This role involves managing and coordinating the organisation's sales function to meet business requirements. You will lead a team of advisors to develop and maintain relationships with clients, stimulating demand for financial products and services.

Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Direction: Communicate actions needed to implement strategy and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
  2. Customer Relationship Management / Account Management: Develop plans for complex customer accounts and manage ongoing relationships to meet their needs.
  3. Sell Customer Propositions: Configure solutions, present to customers, and negotiate agreements.
  4. Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a network in the business sector and enhance organizational visibility.
  5. Performance Management: Manage team performance, set objectives, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Operations Management: Oversee operational areas with guidance from senior colleagues.
  7. Promoting Customer Focus: Develop marketing plans and collaborate internally to improve customer relationships.
  8. Key Account Management: Manage important customer relationships, including mid-tier and multinational clients.
  9. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans for potential customer accounts.
  10. Budgeting: Develop or deliver budget plans with guidance.
  11. Organizational Capability Building: Identify and address team development needs, provide training and coaching.
