Duties & Responsibilities

A market-leading professional services firm is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to expand their client base within the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone commercially driven with strong exposure to investment markets and the confidence to lead high-value sales engagements. You will own the full sales cycle from identifying new opportunities and pitching solutions to negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Responsibilities :
  1. Drive new business development through targeted outreach and lead generation
  2. Manage the full sales process from first contact to deal closure
  3. Deliver impactful client presentations and manage RFP responses
  4. Build strong relationships across all client levels including C-suite
  5. Represent the brand at industry events and build a market presence
  6. Use structured sales frameworks for pipeline and deal management
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and clients' needs
