The key purpose of the Product Owner : Development (ERP Development Manager) is to oversee all ERP-related system developments for ABINBEV Africa zone, including SAP and non-SAP systems. This encompasses project-related developments and support requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to compile a product backlog for ERP developments and projects.
  2. Define a 1-year Capex plan and project priorities with stakeholders.
  3. Translate business needs into technical requirements for project teams.
  4. Plan and deliver ERP system projects.
  5. Manage Capex budgets for ERP projects.
  6. Oversee vendors and contractors.
  7. Report project status to management levels.
  8. Provide business and ERP system support as needed.
  9. Ensure solutions comply with technical governance standards, including SOX/MICS.

  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, and lean tools and techniques.
  • Proven project management skills, especially with SAP and technical projects.
  • Strategic, execution, and innovative thinking with an agile mindset.
