Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Content: Develop day-to-day content aligned with Oneplan's organic content strategy across multiple channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, the Oneplan website, and affiliate sites.
- Ensure continuous improvement in brand building, quality, engagement, and followers month on month.
- Research, develop, and execute new content concepts to encourage engagement, shareability, social proof, and contribute to lead generation.
- Monitor and optimise content creative and copy.
- Understand and communicate Oneplan's brand and products both internally and externally.
- Identify new target markets and use organic content on all platforms to grow the digital footprint.
- Secure buy-in from senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor, write, and optimise content for landing pages, the website, affiliate sites, and online customer journeys.
- Create regular blog content for the website and affiliate sites, leveraging it in social media strategies.
- Assist with the strategic content calendar creation and implementation.
- Develop creative content for brand ambassador campaigns.
Reporting :
- Provide weekly reports on engagement and reach, including insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Track and analyse the impact of organic content strategies and provide insights into ad copy performance for future strategies.
Blogs & SEO :
- Research, plan, and write weekly blogs for each product.
- Monitor blog performance, reach, engagement, SEO, and organic lead generation.
- Enhance Oneplan's SEO footprint with optimised content and keywords.
PR and Editorials :
- Seek editorial opportunities with local news outlets to enhance company PR.
- Coordinate with PR representatives on campaign strategies and performance.
- Assist with content for advertorial campaigns.
Communication and Content :
- Compile and write internal monthly staff newsletters.
- Build and execute internal content calendars and communications.
- Draft annual client communication regarding price increases and update related documentation.
- Manage monthly newsletters, educational content, and promotional offers for clients.
- Report on email and SMS engagement to improve content strategies.
- Develop new ways to generate leads and referrals organically at low cost.
- Proofread and align all company communications with brand tone and language, updating the brand language document as needed.
- Contribute content for internal initiatives and company updates.
Design and Collaboration :
- Assist the Designer, marketing team, and PPC Campaign Manager to meet department objectives of brand building, lead generation, and growth.
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and effective communication across teams.
Self-Management :
- Maintain high standards of personal quality and productivity.
- Plan, prioritise, and adapt to change effectively.
Requirements :
- Post-graduate qualification in marketing or digital marketing preferred.
- Experience in strategic content creation.
