Placements24 seeks an experienced Early Learning Specialist to provide consulting and program development support for childcare initiatives in and around Soweto. This hybrid role combines on-site assessments with remote analysis, strategy development, and reporting.

You will evaluate existing programs, recommend improvements, and assist in implementing new pedagogical approaches, leveraging extensive ECD expertise to drive outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in early childhood education program development and leadership.
• Expertise in current early learning theories, curriculum frameworks, and assessment tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and report writing abilities.
• Experience with hybrid or remote consultation models is beneficial.
