Placements24 is seeking a proactive Early Childhood Program Coordinator to lead our Randburg childcare services on-site. You will oversee daily operations, align activities with educational standards, and foster a positive environment for children, staff, and parents.

You will drive curriculum development, supervise staff, manage budgets, and engage with the community to strengthen the centre's reputation for quality care and learning.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field (NQF Level 5+).
• 3–5 years in a supervisory/management role in childcare.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles & practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills.
• Proficiency in administrative software & record-keeping.
