Placements24 is seeking a compassionate Early Childhood Intervention Specialist in Polokwane, Limpopo to support infants and young children birth to five with developmental delays. You will conduct screenings, design IFSP-based plans, and deliver services in home or clinic settings.

You will collaborate with families and other professionals to promote child development, travel within the Polokwane region, and advocate for children in a culturally sensitive, family-centered program.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in early childhood intervention.
• Experience with IFSP development and family-centered planning.
• Strong observation, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct developmental assessments and screenings for infants and young children.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans based on assessment findings and family goals.
• Provide direct therapeutic services to children in homes, childcare settings, or clinic environments.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to build their capacity and confidence.
• Educate families on child development, available resources, and strategies for promoting progress.
