Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a nurturing and dynamic ECD Facilitator to join our Centurion team. You will guide young children through holistic development using play-based learning, creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports early milestones.

In this role you will observe progress, plan age-appropriate activities, and communicate with caregivers. A recognized ECD qualification and experience are preferred, with First Aid certification considered an advantage, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or related field.
• Proven experience with young children in an ECD setting.
• Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate daily programs through play.
• Observe and document children's progress and milestones.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment meeting children's needs.
• Engage children in storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about development and engagement.
