Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a nurturing and dynamic ECD Facilitator to join our Centurion team. You will guide young children through holistic development using play-based learning, creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports early milestones.

You will be instrumental in guiding children through crucial developmental milestones, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate daily programs that promote learning and development through play.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and developmental needs effectively.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment, ensuring all children's needs are met.
• Engage children in a variety of activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.
• Communicate constructively with parents and caregivers regarding their child's development and engagement in the program.

Requirements

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• A strong understanding of child psychology and developmental stages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
