Job summary

Placements24 in Port Elizabeth is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join their vibrant learning centre. You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow, focusing on holistic development across social, emotional, cognitive and physical domains.

You will plan age-appropriate activities, assess progress, maintain records, communicate with parents, and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in Early Childhood Development (e.g., NQF Level 4).
• Experience in a childcare or preschool setting with young children.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children and parents.
