The educator will plan play-based activities, observe development, and communicate with parents to support each child’s literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth within a caring Gauteng-based team.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Solid understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Excellent observation and assessment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and child protection policies and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
