Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioner with a specialization in Play-Based Learning for a centre in Klerksdorp, North West. You will design and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in children aged 3-5.

The role requires a recognized ECD qualification, at least 3 years of ECD experience with play-based methods, strong observation and communication skills, and a First Aid

Qualifications

• A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Development (ECD) or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an ECD setting with a focus on play-based learning.
• In-depth understanding of child development theories and best practices for young children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• First Aid certification is a requirement.
• Knowledge of the South African ECD curriculum framework.
