Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join a warm Stellenbosch centre. You will foster learning through play-based exploration, supporting cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.

Responsibilities include developing a rich play-based curriculum, observing progress, maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom, and partnering with families. Diploma or B.Ed in ECE preferred, with experience in play-based methods.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing play-based learning methodologies.
• Strong understanding of child development principles for preschool-aged children.
• Excellent facilitation, observation, and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
