Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development or a related field.
• Proven experience working with young children in an ECD setting.
• Knowledge of child development theories and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
