Job description

Summary of the Position: The Technical Advisor / Installation Supervisor is the senior person on site responsible for maintaining the daily performance goals of completing the project objectives: on spec / on budget / on time, whilst meeting client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees that the installation of the projects is done according to the company's standards and ensures the Inspection Test Plan process is being followed.
  2. Follows safety rules and ensures a safe working environment.
  3. Supervises that the plant employees follow the rules and corrects them if necessary.
  4. Manages and leads the installation teams and local contractors, explaining the installation according to manuals/drawings.
  5. Drafts method statements for the project to be executed and oversees that the project is drafted according to the roadmap during execution.
  6. Participates in project preparation, providing input to the Construction Manager and Project Manager.
  7. Proposes improvements regarding installation manuals, design, and methods.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in leading/coaching teams.
  • Ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Up to 80% travel.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Computer literate.

  • Industry-standard safety course.
  • First Aid.
  • Production installation training.
  • Internal company training.
