Our sales team is responsible for developing and initiating a sales approach that results in closing new business opportunities to meet or exceed individual targets in support of the overall company Road New Business target. This involves building a short, medium, and long-term pipeline to support growth targets.

The Essentials for our heroes (Requirements)

  • Valid unendorsed driver's license with a reliable vehicle (mandatory)
  • 2-3 years of senior key account management and new business sales experience
  • Proven track record in prospecting for new business and meeting targets
  • Tender management expertise and ability to sell cross-silo solutions to C-level executives
  • Strong grasp of logistics and end-to-end supply chain
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings

Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding the client base, prospecting for new business, managing client relationships, providing reports, administrative tasks, monitoring industry trends, assisting in tender preparation, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves client data management, inter-departmental communication, CRM updates, KPI achievement, and other duties as assigned by management.
