Job description

Control Room Operator required inHennopspark, Centurion.

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional and presentable Afrikaans speaking individual, aged approximately 22-35 years
• Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base, fluent in both a must)
• Matric / Grade 12
• Grade C PSIRA registered a must
• Recent call centre or control room experience a must (preferably in security industry)
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Own reliable transport to work
• Able and willing to work shifts (3 days, 3 night, 3 days off)
• Clear Criminal Record
• Residing within 30km from Centurion
• Good communication skills
• Stable employment record and contactable References
• To start as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Control room operator duties for Security company
• Answering incoming calls and logging incidents on system
• Dispatching of response vehicles
• Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and video equipment
• Record events and actions monitored from within the control room
• Monitor alarm activations

Salary: R8 700 gross per month (Not negotiable).
