Position:

We are seeking 1 Sales Consultant for our George branch in WC, for both hygiene and pest control services.

Role Objectives:

  • Grow the company portfolio and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Penetrate assigned sales areas and source potential new customers.
  • Engage with existing customers to meet their current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through prospecting and closing sales.
  • Maintain and update all required administrative and reporting systems.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Participate in training and meetings as required.
  • Identify potential business through prospecting, cold calling, and attending leads.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present proposals to clients, including pricing and benefits.
  • Secure client acceptance and authorization of new service agreements.
  • Manage price adjustments and develop secondary decision contacts.
  • Aim to improve client retention and develop the service range through cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain professional client relationships and conduct account reviews.
  • Address customer termination threats with retention strategies.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicle cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and use Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Represent the company professionally in line with corporate identity.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid unendorsed driver's license.
  • At least 2 years of field sales experience.

  • Experience in pest and hygiene services is advantageous.
