This role involves the administration of regional functions, including performance tracking and reporting, personnel document filing, stock control, rostering, and other ad hoc functions as required.

Advantageous
- 1–2 years administration experience
- Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word)
- Valid driver’s license
What You’ll Do For The Brand
- Consolidate and submit subsistence and travel claims.
- Liaise with Area Managers and Operations for order numbers and approvals.
- Facilitate flights and accommodation bookings.
- Maintain a database of frequently used accommodations and negotiate better pricing.
- Order stationery and other necessary work equipment for the Operations Support Team.
- Consolidate and distribute reports after review by Ops Support.
- Follow up and submit tax invoices to finance and audits.
- Coordinate with Payroll for terminated team members and update records.
- Work with the Regional Team to achieve regional growth targets for mobile betting.
- Assist with setting up TUV outlets and helpdesks, and conduct promotions at these outlets.
- Manage leave and absenteeism documentation for Mobile Clerks in Mozambique.
- Ensure Mobile Clerks’ files are up to date and they have uniforms and name badges.
- Monitor timekeeping and review hours worked.
- Report shortages and ensure operational order, including inventory and sales targets.
- Assist with planning and conducting mobile promotions.
- Coach Mobile Clerks and work as a Mobile Clerk when needed.
- Control stock of promotional items within the region.
- Promote the Hollywood brand actively and ensure branding materials are visible.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and work closely with the Operations Support Team.
- Travel extensively between South Africa and Mozambique.
- File and track vehicle inspection documents.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.
