Job Responsibilities

1. Organise purchasing of sufficient food and guest supplies to ensure the restaurant and functions impress guests with the variety and quality of food and services.
2. Ensure administrative tasks are accurate, up-to-date, and strictly follow company procedures.
3. Manage kitchens that are well-equipped and adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations.
4. Produce menus and food of a high international standard.
5. Build a competent and motivated kitchen team through confident and caring leadership.
