Responsibilities
  1. Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects within an operations environment.
  2. Take ownership of a significant part of the production process and the team involved.
  3. Engage actively in safety and food safety practices within our operations.
  4. Participate in our Next Generation Graduate Program.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical, Process, Food Technology, or related fields).
  • Up to two years of professional experience, including internships.
  • Fluency in English and German.
