Subjects : Industrial Electronics N3 – N6, Electrotechnics N4 – N6, Engineering Science N3 - N4, Mathematics N3 – N4, and Power Machines N5 – N6

Requirements :

Honours / Degree in Electrical Engineering.

A minimum of 3 years relevant lecturing or industry experience.

Experience in management and teaching in a tertiary environment (preferably FET College).

Computer literacy, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.

SACE Registration.

Knowledge of curriculum and assessment.

Proven track record of student throughput, pass rates, and understanding.

Key Performance Areas :

Management of NATED Report / 1 curriculum and assessments (Engineering).

Provide academic and educational leadership.

Promote quality teaching and learning.

Lesson planning and preparation.

Classroom management and supervision.

Provide academic support to learners.

Create a conducive learning environment.

Attend relevant training workshops and apply new knowledge where applicable.

Assist with additional academic support.

Participate in and manage other related teaching responsibilities.

Experience in employing various integrated training methods.
