ABOUT THE ROLE

We believe the future must be innovative, delicious, and sustainable. We are building a team to create that future, with product quality and innovation at our core. This role involves supporting product testing, evaluation, and innovation processes. You will work closely with our Head of Product Development to develop new products and improve existing ones.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. Create exciting new product concepts based on consumer insights and industry trends.
2. Work on projects to improve current products.
3. Collaborate across the business and with suppliers to ensure product success.
4. Maintain product quality and safety standards.
5. Lead project delivery within cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders effectively.
6. Develop new products using innovative ingredients you source and qualify.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in liquid beverage formulation.

ABOUT YOUR TEAM

You will be part of our small but outstanding Product Development team, responsible for all global regions, reporting to our Head of Product Development.

• A Food Science qualification and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, ingredient functionality, and FMCG production processes.
• Experience with plant-based dairy alternatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee, sensory evaluation, and product development from formulation to factory commercialization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Creativity, experimentation mindset, and passion for food innovation.

YOUR COMMITMENT

You will be based in our East London office, with flexibility for WFH. You will work on-site at least 3 days a week, depending on project needs. Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm.
