Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator / Copywriter / SEO Copywriter / Social Media Content Coordinator / Online Shop Content Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and compelling content across various platforms to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and increase conversions. You will collaborate closely with the management team to propose content strategies that align with our goals and resonate with our target audience.
Content Creation Responsibilities :
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality, original content for our website, blog, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing materials, including photos, videos, drawings, and other media.
- Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for advertisements, product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- SEO Copywriting: Optimize content for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging posts, captions, and visuals for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to increase followers and engagement.
- Content Strategy: Devise, propose, and execute content strategies supporting marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, videographers, and staff to create multimedia content that aligns with brand storytelling.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and style for consistency.
Online Shop Responsibilities :
- Product Listing Management: Regularly update product descriptions, images, prices, and inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Content Optimization: Enhance product descriptions and metadata for SEO to increase visibility.
- New Product Introductions: Coordinate with teams to introduce new products with compelling descriptions and visuals.
- Content Refresh: Keep online shop content engaging by updating featured products, promotions, and banners.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to correct errors and outdated information.
- User Experience Enhancement: Improve navigation, search, and product categorization for better user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, merchandising, inventory, and customer service teams.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs like conversion rate and average order value to assess content effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in SEO practices, keyword research, and optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple projects under deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CMS (like WordPress) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics) is a plus.
