Job description

In the absence of the Front Office Manager, take charge of the operations of the Front Office Department.

Ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Act as the bridge between the front and back office departments.

Guarantee that all guests experience a fantastic stay and that company standards for Front Office and guest services are met.

Greet and register guests upon arrival.

Welcome guests warmly and foster customer loyalty through friendly service.

Develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay.

Handle guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provide quick solutions.

Oversee and supervise guest arrivals and departures in collaboration with the Front Office Manager and Duty Managers.

Provide a high level of customer service and maintain a prominent presence in day-to-day front office operations.

Ensure personalized service is offered to each guest.

Requirements : Matric qualification.

Diploma in Hospitality Management and/or Diploma in Hotel or related field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader.

Ability to manage budgets effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and PMS programs.
