Job Description

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents
• Manage Transport Management processes
• Prepare testing documents and perform internal testing
• Conduct integration testing with other modules
• Prepare user manuals and conduct training for business process owners
• Assist in go-live preparations and provide post-go-live support
• Interact with clients via meetings, calls, and emails
• Handle tickets and tasks, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide support
• Implement configuration changes as required
• Analyze and resolve production support calls
• Raise Change Requests (CRs) and write functional specifications
• Prepare test data for testing CRs and document test results
• Collaborate with consultants of other modules

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• IT Degree or relevant qualifications
• At least 7 years of experience in PM/EAM modules

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Analyze and resolve SAP Real Estate Module issues
• Configure SAP Module processes
• Maintain SAP Module functional documentation
• Experience with Transport Management
• Adaptability to responsibilities in the Agile Working Model (AWM)

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS

• Technical skills in SAP PM/EAM as a Functional Consultant
• Conduct unit, integration, and system security tests
• Support the Central Real Estate team with issue resolution and solutions

Package & Remuneration: Salary is market-related.

Required Experience: Contract basis.
