Job Description: Contractor Management Specialist at BMW SA
Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Responsible for supporting a contingent workforce within BMW SA (including DevOps / IT Hub) and BMW Financial Services by managing a stable and sustainable steering framework for the organization.
This role aims to enhance operational performance with a focus on process optimization / automation, quality, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contractors for all entities within BMW Group SA, including IT Dev / Ops HUB.
- Steer the external TES based on KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Identify areas for improvement and process optimization, and implement measures accordingly.
- Enhance communication with TES and Managers to ensure efficient information flow.
- Provide a platform for manager self-service, supporting role mapping and implementation of new rates.
- Create new interaction processes between Contractor Management and Managers (e.g., ticketing system).
- Develop a Contractor Management model based on internal and external benchmarks.
- Optimize processes through automation and system support.
- Lead projects related to contractor management, such as TES tender processes and diversity initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal and business requirements.
- Ensure all appointments, terminations, and transfers are processed in line with payroll closure.
- Facilitate engagement with TES and support performance-related topics of contractors, collaborating with Purchasing and Legal to ensure compliance.
- Ensure sourcing of contractors through TES in BMW SA and BMW Financial Services complies with Group Governance, aligning and optimizing processes.
- Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and relevant training are completed and recorded, complying with Governance and Audit requirements.
- Raise CCB Epics and collaborate with IT on system improvements for contractor management.
- Oversee Time Management processes.

Maintain consistent and accurate service delivery to BMW SA and Financial Services in contract management. Ensure processes and systems are optimized efficiently.
Qualifications
- Relevant BCom degree in HR or Business Management.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
