Job description

Job Title: HR Administrator

Our client based in Bryanston is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their Human Capital Department. The core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Payroll: Ensure accurate processing of overtime, travel claims, deductions, and other payroll inputs by the payroll cut-off. Capture all payroll data and verify overtime calculations.
  2. HR Reports: Update and maintain various HR reports such as Termination Reports, Recruitment Reports, IR Reports, Internship Reports, and any other HR-related reports.
  3. Recruitment & Terminations: Conduct credit and criminal checks, draft offer letters and employment contracts, ensure timely submission of recruitment documents to payroll, and process termination documents accordingly.
  4. Other Duties: Submit medical aid and provident fund applications and withdrawals, maintain employee database, file and update employee personnel files, and engage with Payroll, Regional Forex Managers, Department Heads, and Staff regularly.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with loan applications, bursaries, employment adverts, and resolve staff queries. Support during audits and compile employment equity reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with payroll experience being essential.
  • Previous experience with Employment Equity is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ESS, and VIP systems is essential.
  • At least 3 years of IR and CCMA experience.
